Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Operate from a neighborhood branch with an average 46-hour work week, earning $53,000-$55,000 annually. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or within 2 semesters of graduation), valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations, and at least six months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- No more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- At least 6 month experience in one of the following categories: Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling), Customer Service, or Leadership (Military and/or college or professional athletics participation)
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the last 3 years (DUI/DWI)
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
