Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Operate a motor vehicle with a valid U.S. driver's license to support community outreach and business development activities. Engage in a structured program featuring guidance, mentoring, and support to cultivate new business and develop leadership capabilities for eventual branch management. Based at the Manhattan office, this role requires a minimum of one year in sales, customer service, or leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and availability for a 46-hour workweek.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Age of at least 18 years
- Ability to read, write and understand English
