Job Summary
Act as the sparring partner to the restaurant manager, supporting daily operational management of the XIAO Restaurant in Krefeld. Recruit new staff and build a talent pool, while developing training concepts and ensuring all company policies, safety, and quality standards are met. Manage efficient inventory, optimize staff scheduling, and drive profitability through defined KPIs. Handle professional guest relations and communicate with external partners. Begin by learning the XIAO concept through various operational stations under mentorship. Requires prior experience in system gastronomy, solid business acumen, and strong English skills. Required Qualifications
