Job Summary
18-month Management Trainee program with rotations through multiple business units (including Tech, Finance, Data, Product, Marketing, and Sales) across idealo, bonial, Axel Springer Tech, Head Office, BILD and PREMIUM GROUP (WELT, POLITICO Deutschland, BUSINESS INSIDER Deutschland). Candidates set their personal focus during application and deepen it during rotations; potential international rotation. Starts in a fixed homebase and rotates from there. The program emphasizes collaboration with Product, Data, Tech, Finance, Marketing and Sales on growth and investment projects, development of data-driven products and digital business models, and leveraging AI/Automation tools for prototyping and innovation. Requires a completed degree in Media Management, Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science / Engineering or a comparable field, plus initial practical experience in Consulting, Finance, Corporate Development, Startup, Tech, Product or digital business models. Strong analytical skills, proactive and autonomous working style, and fluent German and English; offers KI workshops and certificates; 80% office presence and 20% flexible/mobile work.
Required Qualifications
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Medienmanagement, Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Computer Science / Engineering oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- erste Praxiserfahrung in Consulting, Finance, Corporate Development, Startup, Tech, Product oder digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit AI-, Automatisierungs-, Data- und Analytics-Lösungen
- ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein strukturiertes Vorgehen bei komplexen Fragestellungen
- eine proaktive, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern
