Job Summary
Conduct daily business operations by managing customer service, sales, and finance tasks while building genuine client relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities. Develop negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking to oversee costs and drive growth, transitioning from operational roles into leadership positions within the sales, HR, or risk management teams. Complete a 10-month training program with on-the-job development, mentorship, and coaching to prepare for advancement to Management Assistant or branch manager within two years.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Deutscher oder EU-Führerschein und 1 Jahr Fahrpraxis
- Maximal 3 Punkte im Verkehrszentralregister in Flensburg
- Kein Verstoß gegen die Straßenverkehrsordnung in Zusammenhang mit Alkohol oder Drogen

- Erfahrung im und Spaß am Kundenkontakt, Vertrieb und Teamarbeit
