Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within our structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Operate from a neighborhood branch location in Wheeling, WV, with an average 45-hour work week and compensation of $52,000 to $55,162 for the first year. This role prepares you to eventually run your own branch within a global network managing 2.4 million vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
