Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program that includes guidance, mentoring, and support to cultivate new business and develop your team. Establish relationships in the community to build a foundation for eventually running your own branch. Work a 45-hour week with an annual compensation of $52,000 to $55,162. Requires a Bachelor's degree, six months of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
