Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Begin your career path with a clear progression toward running your own branch, supported by a culture of friendly competition. This role includes an average 45-hour work week with an annual compensation of $51,200–$54,200, located in Chattanooga, Hixson, Fort Oglethorpe, Athens, Cleveland, Dalton, and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's
- At least 6 months experience in one of the following categories: Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling), Customer service, Leadership - Military and/or college or professional athletics participation
- Valid driver's license
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States
