Job Summary
Lead customer service, sales, and marketing initiatives while managing branch operations and cultivating new business relationships. Serve as the primary face of Enterprise to customers and partners, applying hands-on training in finance and operations to support team development. Establish community connections to build a pipeline for future branch leadership. Based in Oakland, MD, this 45-hour week role includes an annual compensation range of $52,000 to $55,162, 18 days of paid time off, and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
