Job Summary
Master the full spectrum of branch operations, customer service, sales, and marketing while serving as the primary face of Enterprise to both customers and partners. Receive structured guidance and mentoring to cultivate new business relationships, develop your team, and prepare for eventual branch leadership. Operate within a hands-on environment that emphasizes a culture of friendly competition and customer-first values. This role includes a 45-hour work week with an annual compensation range of $52,000 to $55,162, based in Clarksburg, WV.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
