Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program that includes mentoring, team development, and community relationship building to prepare for eventual branch management. Establish essential business relationships in the Elkins/Buckhannon, WV area while adhering to a 45-hour work week. This role offers a clear career progression path with promotion opportunities within the global network of independent regional subsidiaries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
