Job Summary
Lead as a Management Trainee in our structured program, serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Operate from a neighborhood branch location in Frederick or Hagerstown, Maryland, receiving guidance and mentoring to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business. You will establish community relationships, compete in a culture of friendly competition, and apply knowledge across diverse mobility solutions including car rental, truck rental, and fleet management. Target first-year compensation is $60,194 based on a 45-hour week, with opportunities to earn up to $64,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 6 years) in sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center)
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
- Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
- Valid driver's license
- Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted
- Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security
