Job Summary
Operate as a Management Trainee serving as the primary face to customers and partners while managing behind-the-scenes branch operations. Master core competencies in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a structured program designed to prepare you for running your own branch. Cultivate new business relationships in the community and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Work a 45-hour week earning $52,000-$55,162 annually in the Moon Township, PA location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
