Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service through a structured management training program. Operate as both a frontline representative and an operational expert under guidance and mentoring to cultivate new business and develop your team. Establish essential community relationships to build your own business foundation. This role requires a valid driver's license, a Bachelor's degree, and one year of experience in sales, leadership, or customer service. Available for a 46-hour workweek at our Inwood, NY location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Age of at least 18 years
- Ability to read, write and understand English
