Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills within our structured Management Training Program. Operate as both a frontline representative and behind-the-scenes expert to cultivate new business and develop your team under mentorship. Establish essential community relationships to build your own future branch. This role requires a valid driver's license, a Bachelor's degree, and one year of relevant experience in sales, leadership, or hospitality. Candidates must live within a one-hour commute, work an average of 46 hours per week, and be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Age of at least 18 years
