Job Summary
Management Trainee Program in Hospitality: rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B Service across 3 hotels over 12–18 months to develop into a Hotel Manager role. Training-on-the-Job, mentoring, leadership development, and internal workshops. Elements include hands-on operations, opportunity to lead projects, and progression to a leadership position after program completion. Requires a completed degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Business Administration or related diploma, at least 1 year of operational hotel experience (leadership experience preferred), willingness to travel, strong communication and team leadership skills, analytical mindset, service orientation, and a structured, independent, and team-oriented work style. Offers housing allowance for rotation, covered travel and accommodation to the Munich campus, and attractive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A completed degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Business Administration or a comparable diploma from a tourism school
- At least 1 year of operational experience in various hotel department; initial leadership experience preferred
- Flexibility regarding location and willingness to travel
- Strong social skills, open and communicative personality
- Analytical thinking, strong quality awareness, high level of service orientation
- Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
