Job Summary
Understand, follow, and actively participate in all learning stages of the Graduate Management Development Program while achieving optimum results in all evaluation stages. Comply with and implement all company regulations. Engage with and maintain relationships with facilitators, coaches, mentors, and the steering committee. This role supports a leading global seed-to-shelf agribusiness committed to sustainable palm oil production, operating across Indonesia's plantations, mills, and downstream refining facilities.
Required Qualifications
