Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day operational duties as a Sales Executive while gaining insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management. Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to support operational goals and develop clear learning and performance targets. Engage in training covering communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies to build leadership capabilities. Complete a 12-month program with a requirement to rotate across different locations and branches throughout the UK. Attend the Assessment Centre on Tuesday 25th August, with the program beginning Monday 5th October.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or business management degree
- Relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, or Management
- Strong communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license
- At least one year of driving experience
- Six points or fewer on driving record
- Willingness to relocate anywhere within the United Kingdom
- Availability to attend Assessment Centre on Tuesday 25th August
