Management Trainee for People & Culture (Fresh Grad)

Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end People & Culture strategy development across recruitment, internal communication, employer branding, people analytics, learning and development, and global mobility operations. Support People Operations with data-related tasks while leveraging AI tools to redesign workflows, optimize operational efficiency, and identify automation opportunities. Organize and manage internal and external events, create tailored training content, and collaborate cross-functionally with C-level leadership to drive AI-enabled operational excellence. Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment to assist the Head of People & Culture in scaling Insider One's socially progressive community initiatives across 30+ countries.
Required Qualifications
- a bachelor's degree in related fields
- excellent command of both written and spoken English
- assertiveness, proactive approach and the ability to think ahead
- ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment

- strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
