Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills in our structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Operate a motor vehicle with a valid U.S. driver's license and work an average of 46 hours per week. Bachelor's degree required with at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership. Located at Flatlands, Marine Park, Sheepshead Bay, or Brooklyn offices; target compensation is $62,704 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Age of at least 18 years
- Ability to read, write and understand English
