Operate daily as a sales consultant across various branches, supporting operational targets and driving efficiency within the team. Engage directly with franchise and regional leaders to develop hands-on employee management skills while mastering core business functions including sales, customer service, and fleet management. Participate in structured training for communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving strategies to build leadership capabilities. Work autonomously with a growth mindset, taking initiative to find solutions without waiting for instructions. Complete a 12-month rotation program across different locations in Germany, requiring a valid driver's license and strong German and English language skills.
