Job Summary
Master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch while serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners. Operate as an operational expert in a structured program that includes guidance, mentoring, and support to cultivate new business and develop your team. Learn to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a culture of friendly competition. This position requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of relevant experience, and a valid U.S. driver's license. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and available to work an average of 46 hours per week. Compensation includes a targeted 1st year annual salary of $62,704 plus overtime for a 46-hour workweek.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- The ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week
