Management Trainee (f/m/x)

Management Trainee program to develop future leaders through hands-on projects, exposure to executive decision-making, and opportunities to take ownership of meaningful initiatives from day one. The role involves contributing to strategic and operational projects in an international environment, supporting senior management, independently managing sub-projects, analyzing business data to derive insights, preparing high-quality presentations and decision documents for executive management, and acting as an interface between management and cross-functional teams. Requires a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or a technical degree with solid business foundation), initial experience via internships/project work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality, business acumen with digital tools, and excellent German and English communication skills. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and readiness to undertake extended assignments abroad as part of leadership development with Anton Paar. Salary starts at a minimum gross monthly €3,800 (base for full-time), with actual gross salary determined individually; relocation and long-term direct employment are emphasized.
