Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service from day one. Operate within a structured program that provides guidance, mentoring, and support to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business. Establish essential community relationships and develop your team in a culture of friendly competition. Complete a bachelor's degree, speak fluent French, and hold a valid driver's license with no recent moving violations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent French
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years
- Authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship
- Experience or involvement in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, call center, restaurant, or hospitality industry)
- Experience or involvement in Leadership (military, athletics/competitive sports, case competitions, clubs/associations)
