Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within a neighborhood branch. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under structured mentoring and guidance. Prepare to eventually run your own branch by learning the business from day one in a culture of friendly competition. This role offers a 45-hour work week with an annual compensation of $52,000 - $55,162, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
