Job Summary
Operate as a Management Trainee at an Enterprise branch, serving as the primary face to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Engage in hands-on learning through structured mentoring to cultivate new business, develop team skills, and prepare for future branch leadership. Establish community relationships to support business growth within a culture of friendly competition. This role offers a 45-hour work week with an annual compensation of $52,000 - $55,162, including paid time off and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree, six months of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
