Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills within a neighborhood branch. Engage in hands-on learning through structured mentoring to cultivate new business, develop your team, and establish essential community relationships. Operate with a 45-hour work week and earn targeted annual compensation of $53,000-$55,000. This path prepares you to eventually run your own branch within a global network of over 9,500 rental locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry) or leadership within military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years)
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Age of at least 18 years
- No prior interview with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
