Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within our structured Management Training Program. Engage in hands-on learning with guidance and mentoring to cultivate new business, develop your team, and prepare for future branch leadership. Establish community relationships essential for building your own business while adhering to a 46-hour work week with an annual compensation of $50,000 to $63,000. Based at the Carlsbad, NM location, you will contribute to a culture of friendly competition driving growth across our global network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI)
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future
- Current residence in the Carlsbad, NM area, or willingness to relocate within the next 30 days
- Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
- At least 18 years old
