Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within our structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Operate from one of our neighborhood branches in Flint, MI, with a target first-year annual compensation of $51,542.20 and an average 45-hour work week. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or within one semester of graduating), a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years, and at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in sales-commission sales, customer service in a sales industry, participation as an athlete on a professional/semi-professional or collegiate team, or leadership role in the military/clubs/organizations
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
