Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within our neighborhood branch. Receive structured guidance, mentoring, and support to cultivate new business, develop your team, and establish essential community relationships. You will learn to run your own branch and grow the business through a culture of friendly competition, starting with a 45-hour work week and earning $52,000 to $55,162 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
