Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service in a hands-on learning environment. Cultivate new business relationships within the community and develop team skills under structured mentoring to prepare for future branch leadership. Complete a six-month rotation across sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations functions while earning targeted annual compensation of $52,000 to $55,162. Maintain a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years and work a 45-hour week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
