Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Engage in hands-on training within a structured program that includes mentoring, development, and guidance to prepare you for running your own branch and cultivating new business. Establish community relationships and develop your team in a culture of friendly competition. Based at one of our neighborhood branches with an average 45-hour work week, this role offers a clear career path with promotion from within.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
