Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program that includes mentoring, guidance, and support to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business. Establish relationships in the community to build a foundation for your future leadership role. This position is located near State College, PA, with an average 45-hour work week and compensation of $52,000-$55,162 in the first year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
