Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, customer service, sales, and marketing. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under structured mentoring. Learn finance, operations, and leadership skills to eventually run your own branch within our global rental network. This role includes a 45-hour work week with an annual compensation of $52,000 - $55,162. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, six months of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license with no major violations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
