Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills within our structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Begin your career path toward running your own branch with a clear progression culture. This role is based at a neighborhood branch near Charleston, WV, with a 45-hour work week and includes a 1st year compensation range of $52,000 to $55,162.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
