Job Summary
Operate as a Management Trainee in our structured program, serving as the primary face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Engage in hands-on learning with guidance and mentoring to cultivate new business, develop your team, and establish essential community relationships. Work a 45-hour week with an average annual compensation of $53,000-$55,000, based in Arizona locations including Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek. This role prepares you to eventually run your own branch within our global network of over 9,500 rental locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry) or leadership within military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years)
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Age of at least 18 years
- No prior interview with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
