Job Summary
Serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. You will receive structured guidance and mentoring to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team within our global network. Establish essential community relationships to build your own business foundation while adhering to a 45-hour work week with a 1st year annual compensation of $57,310.00. This role offers a clear career path with promotion from within, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid CA Drivers license
- Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
