Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program that includes mentoring and support to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business. Establish relationships in the community and develop your team in a culture of friendly competition. Complete a 45-hour work week with an average annual compensation of $52,000 to $55,162.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
