Job Summary
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert while based out of a neighborhood branch. Master knowledge and skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations through a structured program that includes guidance, mentoring, and support. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team with the goal of eventually running your own branch. The program offers a clear career path with training, development, and a culture of promotion from within. Located in Gaithersburg or Germantown, Maryland, this role targets candidates with a bachelor's degree, at least one year of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following areas: Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential, Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center), Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team, Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
- Valid driver's license
- Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security
