Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program to cultivate new business, develop your team, and establish essential community relationships. You will receive guidance and mentoring to prepare for running your own branch, operating under a culture of friendly competition. Based at a neighborhood branch in Winnipeg, this role requires a 4-year bachelor's degree, six months of relevant experience, and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Annual compensation is $51,500 CAD, with paid time off and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement savings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
- Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
- Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field
