Job Summary
Operate as a Management Trainee at one of our Santa Fe, NM neighborhood branches, serving as both the customer-facing representative and operational expert. Master core competencies in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations through a structured program featuring daily guidance, mentoring, and support. Establish essential community relationships to cultivate new business while developing the skills needed to eventually run your own branch. Complete a 46-hour work week with an average annual compensation of $52,539.76 to $63,000.00, with promotion opportunities within the first 12 months.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI)
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future
- Current residence in Santa Fe, NM, or plans to relocate within the next 30 days
- Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
- At least 18 years old
