Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program that includes mentoring, guidance, and support to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business. Establish essential community relationships and develop your team in a culture of friendly competition. Based at 135 Lakeshore Dr, North Bay, ON, this 1st year annual compensation of $54,000 includes 12 days of paid time off, health and dental insurance, and a retirement savings plan with company match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a 3-year Advanced Diploma, 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
- Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following
- Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field
