Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within our structured management training program. Engage in hands-on learning with guidance and mentoring to cultivate new business, develop your team, and establish essential community relationships. Operate from a neighborhood branch location with a 1st year annual compensation of $54,000, including 12 days of paid time off and health benefits. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a 3-year Advanced Diploma
- Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in Sales & Customer Service
- Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in Leadership
- Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
