Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills within a neighborhood branch. Engage in hands-on learning through structured mentoring to cultivate new business and develop team leadership capabilities. Establish essential community relationships to build a foundation for eventually running your own branch. This role offers a clear career path with promotion opportunities, starting with a targeted annual compensation of $55,000. Candidates must hold a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license and possess at least six months of cumulative experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a 2-year Diploma, 4-year bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field
- Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry; Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
- Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
