Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program that includes mentoring and support to cultivate new business and develop team leadership abilities. Establish essential community relationships to build your own business foundation. This role offers a targeted annual compensation of $53,000-$55,000 with an average 45-hour work week, including paid time off and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales, retail, hospitality, military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years)
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Age of at least 18 years
- No prior interview with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
