Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills within a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Begin your career path with a clear progression toward running your own branch, supported by a culture of friendly competition. This role is based at a neighborhood branch in Grand Blanc, MI, with a 45-hour work week and a first-year annual compensation of $51,542.20.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas: Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential, Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality), Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team, Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
