Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program that includes guidance, mentoring, and support to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business. Establish community relationships and develop your team while adhering to a 45-hour work week with an average first-year compensation of $60,194. Based at Arlington or Falls Church, VA, you will progress through a culture of friendly competition designed to grow both the business and your career.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following areas: Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential, Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center), Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team, Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
- Valid driver's license
- Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security
