Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while managing branch operations in a structured management training program. Master core competencies in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations through hands-on learning, mentoring, and guidance from experienced leaders. Establish essential community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team with the goal of eventually running your own branch. This role offers immediate openings with an average 45-hour work week and targeted first-year compensation of $50,000-$54,277.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors
- valid driver's license
- no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in driving record in the last 3 years
- no drug or alcohol related convictions on record in the past 5 years (DWI/DUI)
- authorized to work in the United States
- not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- at least 18 years old
