Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within our Management Training Program. Receive structured guidance, mentoring, and support to cultivate new business, develop your team, and prepare for eventual branch leadership. Establish essential community relationships to drive growth in a culture of friendly competition. This role offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $60,194 with an average 45-hour work week, located near Sterling or Reston, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following areas: Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential, Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center), Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team, Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
- Valid driver's license
- Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security
