Job Summary
Operate as a Management Trainee at a neighborhood branch, serving as the primary face to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program that includes mentoring, guidance, and support to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business. Establish essential community relationships to build your own business foundation while participating in a culture of friendly competition. Requires a Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and one year of relevant experience; offers $51,542.20 annual compensation with a 45-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas: Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential, Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality), Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team, Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
